My dad took me as a 7 year old in 1976 for a home game v Sunderland. We lost 0-1, and I remember cheering the goal. Haha.

How would you describe you club to football supporters in other countries?

A family club from an industrial town (Blackburn) in the north of England. Unfashionable, but with a long, proud history.

Current state of the club

Mid-table Championship club with aspirations of reaching the Premier League, building from within. A strong development squad gives hope for the future.

Hopes for the future

A return to the Premier League and financial stability. Continuing to build from youth, seeing good young players make the first team.
